The house was immaculate and well stocked with all of the comforts of home for cooking inside and barbequing by the pool. Everything in the house was labeled to perfection so there was no chance of putting anything back in the wrong place. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It was a wonderful stay. I met the owner on the day of departure, and she was delightful. I would definitely rent this property again without hesitation.

we have rented several homes, one of the better ones. It is incredibly well kept, the pool and backyard were great - toys for the pool, kids and adults, working grill very well kept. the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. the kitchen and family room areas are spacious and well kept. There were many thoughtful simple items: big coffee cups, plenty of dishware, spice rack. all well marked and very functional area in general.
the only complaint is the stove and oven were a bit hard to figure out. neither would lite easily. You have to rent your own towels and linen .. a first for us in over 20 rentals.
Overall though it was clean, convenient to beach and boardwalk and a great place for a family of 12 at all ages and stages

The house and property were beautiful! The pool could have been hotter. Pool guy said heater was not working. Also under no circumstances should renters be responsible to remove garbage from the property. There should be an outside company responsible for that. I had to put garbage in my very expensive vehicle and it smelled. That should be a priority for the owners to rectify. Thanks .
