About this house rental
Your home away from home in Gulf Breeze. This delightful guest house has it's own private entrance with a stand alone building from the owners home also on property. It features 1 king bedroom, 1 triple bunk bed in loft(twin over full with twin trundle), and 1 queen bed sofa sleeper in living room. This place is perfect for families or friends traveling together. Enjoy the awesome amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washer/dryer and relaxing back deck and porch bed swing. The bathroom includes a bidet and shower for added comfort. Relax in the living room with a cozy sofa bed and electric recliner. The house has a whole house water filtration system so the water is safe to drink and all water is filtered including showers and refrigerator water and ice.
Please not the garage on the ground level is not available for guests at this time. The entrance door is on the side and has its own foyer and stairs to main level

The quiet neighborhood has sidewalks for a safe nightly stroll as well as a playground, basketball court and gazebo with picnic tables.
Pensacola beach is only a short 8 minute drive from the guest house. Downtown Pensacola with bustling Palafox St is only a quick 15 minute drive. The Gulf Island National Seashore is just a quart mile away and offers a variety of walking trails and both sound side and Bay side water access.
