Maximum of 6 guests (including infants), per local regulations.
Guest Policy:
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No unapproved visitors, parties, or third-party bookings.
The registered booking guest must be present for the stay and is responsible for all guests. A valid photo ID is required within 1 hour of booking to confirm the reservation.
For extended stays (30+ days), valid photo IDs are required for all adult guests (21+), and the booking guest must remain on the reservation for the duration of the stay.
During Spring Break and similar high-risk periods, all guests must be age 21+ unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Unaccompanied underage groups are not permitted and must be able to provide valid ID in accordance with HOA requirements.
Pets:
No pets, service animals, or emotional support animals, due to severe family allergies (strictly enforced)

You’ll love the mild Gulf Coast winters — perfect for beach walks, exploring local parks, and watching sunsets over Pensacola Bay. Grocery stores, restaurants, and medical services are all close by, so everything you need is within reach.
Lastly, welcome to Florida’s Gulf Coast! In addition to our beautiful beaches and sunshine, the nature, trees and our climate can sometimes draw unwelcomed insect visitors like palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, flies, bees, wasps, etc. Other wildlife you may encounter are raccoons, possums, foxes, coyotes and yes the occasional black bear. We make every effort to prevent them, by way of regular pest control. However, if you see any, feel free to evict them, or let us know, and we will be happy to re-treat.
Of course, a great way to prevent them, is to not welcome them in the first place. So, do not leave doors and windows opened and do not feed them by leaving crumbs or food out. And, please understand that we do our part, with regular pest control and will not issue refunds for such an instances.

There were so many good things and details that were useful to us on our stay, I can't even list them all, but here are a few:-Detailed into instructions and folder with local info-Lots outlets, bathroom toiletries, towels, blankets-Convertible sofa setup for watching TV.-Well-stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs.-Cute, local themed decor-Beach supplies - of course, coming in December, we didn't think we would get much beach time in and so we didn't bring all the towels and toys, but the weather was nice enough to go and we had several accessories available to enjoy!I provided a few targeted items for improvement to the owner and they were well-received.

The house is very family oriented, quiet neighborhood, centrally located to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. Kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of condiments, coffee, tea, cooking utensils,etc. Rooms are very clean, beachy vibes, Definitely 5 star rated.
