About this house rental
House located on the Ile de Ré, in the village of La Couarde, 10min walk from the center of the village and its shops and 3min from the beach.
On a walled plot of land and entirely on one level, it includes a large living room of about 40m2 with open kitchen and a laundry room (washing machine, dishwasher, hob and electric oven). This room is very bright and sunny, it overlooks the garden and a large terrace.
A corridor leads to 2 bedrooms overlooking the garden (one with a 150cm bed and one with 2 90cm beds), a bathroom (with bath) and a separate toilet.
Bus stop 10min walk to La Rochelle train station.
Linen (bed linen, towels, dish towels) is not provided in the rental price, you can bring your own or we can provide it for 35€ per person for the duration of the stay.
We accept small pets but expressly ask that you ensure that the garden remains perfectly clean due to the frequent presence of young children.
