About this chalet rental
Welcome to The Pearl of the Ocean, a villa house in Saint-Vincent-sur-Jard, ideal for welcoming 4 adults and 4 children. Here, you will immediately feel on holiday: its privileged location and heated swimming pool make it a place conducive to relaxation. Swimming, sunbathing and barbecues will be on the programme. With a surface area of 96 m², it has an ideal setting to enjoy the ocean's edge. Just a stone's throw from Goulet beach (fine sand), cycle paths and close to shops, it offers all the advantages for a worry-free stay. You will also find nearby surf schools and an equestrian centre to vary the pleasures during your stay.
You will discover a beautifully decorated living room, bathed in light thanks to its openings which offer a pleasant view of the outside. The lounge is perfect for a moment of relaxation in front of your favourite film, and the dining room will allow you to share good meals.
The American kitchen, fully equipped, will allow you to prepare delicious dishes for you and your loved ones. It includes: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
In the evening, you will be able to rest in one of the three bedrooms:
The first two, ideal for couples, each have a queen-size bed (160 cm). The third bedroom, with its two bunk beds, will delight children who will enjoy spending time there.
Two bathrooms are available: one in the master suite, the other with WC. An independent WC is also available.
For added comfort, you also have a washing machine, a hair dryer, a barbecue, as well as three air circulators in the bedrooms.
The swimming pool is heated and accessible from 01/05 to 30/09. It will be heated depending on the climate only if the outside temperature is above 20 degrees
