Good location and pools to also go to Plenty of crockery and cutlery. Nice furnishings downstairs, living room and kitchen

I would say having stayed on same resort last year that the furnishings to the bedrooms were tired and a little scruffy. We had issue with ants but very quickly sorted which was good. Keypad box did not work all week although didn’t really cause an issue

The property was very inviting, we even received a welcome gift😀The home smelled nice and clean upon arrival and was well lit. The pool was fun and convenient. There was a pack and play as well as a stroller available for use. There was a Walmart located 3 mins away. There was more than enough beds for our family. Overall we had a great time.

The dishwasher had a small leak which caused a water puddle in the kitchen everytime we used it. I wish all the bedrooms would have had ceiling fans because the upstairs rooms are warmer than the downstairs portion of the home, BUT 2 of the upstairs bedrooms had box fans for use as needed so I thought that was thoughtful and a nice gesture. Our neighbors were pretty noisy late night but I understand that that is not the property owner’s fault.

Everything was perfect. clean & looked just like the pictures online, great location, very spacious, fully stocked kitchen, fast internet connection WiFi was good, close to Disney

Pool was EXTREMELY cold please make sure you call 48hours in advance to pay to have the pool heated

Location and community was good.

I had check in issues, a/c unit was in Spanish, stove kept blowing the breaker and shutting off. Reason we got this unit was to cook for the family reunion, and with a stove that kept shutting off, was not good at all. And calling the support staff, they didn't care at all, one even hung up on me instead of helping find a resolution. Others told me, we can't help you, we will have someone call you who can or come out, and literally no1 else came back out after the first tech. Very doubt I will ever use, this method and this company to book ever again.
