SANARY CITY CENTER-PORTISSOL- Beautiful villa tastefully restored in 2020 and furnished for 6 people with separate garden apartment, air conditioning, swimming pool 6 by 4 meter (depth approximately 1.70 meters, pool secured by an alarm) parking, very quiet location 2 steps from the beach and the port. Three bedrooms in the main house, one bedroom in the garden annex.
Swimming pool secured by an alarm, terrace and pergola, barbecue, in a pretty Mediterranean garden of 350 m2 fitted out with garden furniture. The villa and its garden are west facing.
The shops of the town centre and the port are 200 metres away. Portissol Beach is 500 metres away.
The villa and its garden outbuilding occupy a surface area of 185 m2.
Ground floor: entrance, TV lounge with direct access to the garden and swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet. Laundry room with washing machine.
1st floor: master double bedroom (double bed 160) TV, dressing room and walk-in shower room with separate toilet. . . Two double bedrooms (bed 160) with a shared Italian shower room (double sinks), separate toilet. Satellite TV. WIFI.
Garden apartment: double bedroom with double sofa bed, washbasin, shower and separate toilet.
Private parking for one car in the garden. Easy parking outside the property.
A true haven of peace just a stone's throw from the town centre, the port, theatre, cinema and the beach of Sanary-sur-Mer, one of the most authentic villages in the south of France.
Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic typical Mediterranean fishing port, its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its good restaurants and its pretty squares cooled by fountains, is a renowned tourist town, both relaxing and lively, where you will be sure to have a good holiday whatever the season !
It offers a huge variety of colourful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours...) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are at your disposal: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, gaming casino... not to mention the inevitable sea and sun bathing! The city, whose market was voted in 2018 "the most beautiful market in France", offers you the best of local products as well as fresh fish from the fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the port. In the summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering handicrafts. Many sea excursions leave from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins...) but also the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques of Cassis!
The port is also a hotspot for festivities throughout the year (Fête des traditions, Printemps de Sanary, Just Rosé, Fête de la Musique et de la Danse and many other activities offered by local multicultural associations) including for the end of year celebrations (its superb illuminations are now famous).
