SANARY - LA VERNETTE - Pretty air-conditioned villa with large swimming pool (7.5*4) and fanced garden near pine forest, very pleasant to live in, in a quiet area.
On the garden level, the villa consists of a living/dining room and an open fitted kitchen, all opening onto a furnished terrace facing the swimming pool. Rated tourim *****
Laundry room and separate WC.
Still on the garden level there is a master bedroom (king size bed 160*200) with its bathroom/Wc, all accessible by a ramp from the parking lot. Small terrace.
This same access ramp leads to the front door of the villa from the parking lot.
Upstairs you will find 3 double bedrooms (king size bed 160*200, double bed 140*190, Twin beds 90*200) as well as a bathroom with WC.
Possibility of parking 3 cars. All on a plot of 650 m².
An ideal place for a family vacation.
Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic typical Mediterranean fishing port, its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its good restaurants and its pretty squares refreshed by fountains, is a tourist town renowned, both relaxing and lively, where you will be sure to have a good holiday whatever the season!
It offers an immense variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours…) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are available to you: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, gambling casino... not to mention the inevitable sea and sunbathing!
The city whose market was elected in 2018 "most beautiful market in France", offers you the best of local products as well as fresh fish from fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the port. In summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering handicrafts.
Many sea excursions leave from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins, etc.) but also the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques de Cassis!
The port is also a center of festivities throughout the year (Traditions Festival, Printemps de Sanary, Just Rosé, Music and Dance Festival and many other activities offered by local multicultural associations) included for the end of year celebrations (its superb illuminations are famous today).
