About this house rental
Our cozy vacation home has a size of approx. 110 m², spread over 3 floors. It was almost completely refurbished in 2017 and has 4 bedrooms, which are located on the upper floors (1 double bed and 3 x 2 single beds) and a crib for children up to 3 years is also available. The spacious bathroom has a shower, bathtub and 2 washbasins with mirror cabinet. A separate guest WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishes. The living room is approx. 30 m², offers space for cozy get-togethers, there is a 40-inch TV, DVD player, stereo system and Internet. In summer, the terrace with adjoining garden can be used for barbecues. Relaxation guaranteed, as the house with terrace and garden are for the exclusive use of the guest, i.e. no other guests or landlords in the house.
Nearby (approx. 50 m) you will find a dentist, physiotherapist, approx. 100 meters to the nearest bakery / supermarket, for the small appetite there is a pizzeria and a kebab.
In the in 2017 almost completely newly furnished vacation home in Schwanau with approx. 110sqm you are completely undisturbed. The Europapark Rust can be reached in approx. 15 minutes, Funny World amusement park in Kappel in approx. 15 minutes, Strasbourg in approx. 40 minutes, Switzerland/Basel in approx. 60 minutes. Baden-Baden airport is approx. 45 minutes away. Coming from the A5, you only need 5 minutes to reach your domicile.
