Beautiful updated home in a quiet neighborhood/subdivision. Close to shopping and restaurants. However, the description said it was in a resort with a pool, lazy river, water slides, tiki bar, etc. this is false. The home is located in a subdivision. It did have a small park for the kids to play in, but that was across a busy road in another section of the subdivision. Pool heater is broken and owners are not replacing anytime soon. We only had 5 bath towels for a house that sleeps 10. Scent plug ins were in every room and very overpowering. We had to unplug most of them. Lost water pressure in the evening, we are assuming it was due to the sprinklers in the subdivision. We had to google the HOA to find out when garbage pickup was as when we got there the outside garage can was completely full. That is also when we found out no street parking from 11pm-7am.
