About this house rental
This vacation home is a spacious 3-bedroom / 3-bathroom home boasting ample space and Luxury amenities for the entire family. The living area is ideal for spending evenings together while watching a movie on the large TV or relax with a hot cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening overlooking the beautiful pool deck and garden.
Located in the Inverness Villages a small neighborhood next to the Lakeside Country Club. There is quick and easy access to the Withlacoochee State Bike Trail.
Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard.
No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation.
The pool and jacuzzi can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $35 per day. Jacuzzi can be heated daily, pool heating is 3 night minimum.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.
Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.
Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
