Host was very communicative and accommodating. Check-in process was smooth and easy. Overall, the property was clean upon arrival, although a few of the dishes appeared to have been sitting out for a while and needed to be re-washed before use.We really loved the layout and decor of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The sleeping spaces were comfortable, and the home had a cozy feel overall. One downside to the layout was that the master bedroom required walking through the room with the twin beds in order to access the living room, which reduced privacy a bit.Some aspects of the home looked more worn or older than pictured online. The exterior, patio furniture, and some living room furniture did not fully match the listing photos and showed signs of wear. The coffee maker and stovetop also seemed a bit outdated.We stayed for 3 days and unfortunately had rain for 2 of them, so with 5 people the indoor space felt a little cramped at times. However, we think it would have felt much more spacious if the weather had allowed us to fully enjoy the outdoor areas.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfortable decor and responsive host.

The host was very responsive to any questions that we had! They answered all our questions quickly. The house was A perfect size for us and the kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful view and great dock.
