In a front-line residence on Eyrac Beach / Petit Port, on the top floor (with elevator) and facing the Bay.
Beautiful 2-room apartment with 47 m² of living space. It features a large living room (with a 140 cm sofa bed - 2 large sliding glass doors opening onto a terrace facing the Bay), a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, oven, induction hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), a laundry room (washing machine), a bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed), and a bathroom with WC. A 28 m² terrace with awning (table/chairs/armchair/deckchair). Wi-Fi access.
Secure, overhead parking (narrow space).
Linens not provided, but can be rented through the agency: 1 pack of 140 cm sheets and towels for €42/week
Optional cleaning fee of €60.
During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €10/day.
