RENTAL AGREEMENT/VERIFICATION/SECURITY HOLD REQUIRED:
Shortly after completing booking, guests will receive a link via enso-connect to complete a rental agreement, verification (including ID collection and selfie to verify), and to complete a security hold. This is just a preauthorization similar to when you go to a hotel or rent a car. Funds will be released 2 days after checkout as long as there is no damage, all rules are followed, and checkout is completed on time.

POOL
-is managed by the building complex. It is generally open from memorial day to labor day, but availability cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to communicate any changes we are aware of, but we cannot be responsible for last minute closures.

In addition, No life guard on duty. All children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult older than 18 years old. Swim at your own risk.

UNIT ACCESS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: In case of emergency, maintenance or property manager reserves the right to enter the unit to repair the emergency situation. This would only occur if absolutely necessary, and as much notice as possible would be given

DAMAGE WAIVER: Is included in the price of your stay. More details are provided in rental agreement. Please reach out with questions.

Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property including the balcony/exterior areas
Pets are prohibited

-For reservations exceeding 28 days in length, an additional rental agreement will need to be signed with additional terms, including but not limited to the right for mid stay cleanings/inspections at mutually agreeable times.

Finally, please note this unit is managed by Sonny Stays LLC on behalf of a private owner. Minor changes to the appearance of the unit are possible. We will always do our best to communicate any changes.
