The property is located just 2 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the spectacular S'Amarador beach.The space includes a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, a furnished terrace with loungers around the pool (7 x 3 meters and 140 cm deep), and a solarium on the top of the house, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the starry sky at night. Additionally, next to the pool, there is a barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals.Additional room: There is a private room, located in front of the pool, which is normally closed.
