Welcome to Villa Adele, a residence immersed in the quiet and green of the Abruzzo hills, located on a private street in the characteristic village of Ripattoni, a hamlet of the municipality of Bellante (Teramo).
An ideal solution for those looking for relaxation, space and comfort in an authentic and restorative context.
The apartment, of more than 140 m2, consists of:
3 large double rooms, each equipped with spacious closets;
3 full bathrooms (with shower or bathtub), one of which is equipped with a washing machine;
A comfortable living room with TV and fast internet connection thanks to the TIM FTTC modem;
A fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the necessary tools;
A dining room, independent entrance, and panoramic balcony;
Heating and air conditioning in every room for maximum comfort in any season.
Outside, guests can enjoy curated green spaces, a shared pool, an outdoor cinema area and free parking within the property, protected by fence and gate.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire upstairs apartment of the villa. The outdoor spaces (garden, pool, and cinema area) are shared with hosts who live on the lower floor.
Flexible check-in with independent entrance 24/7. External visitors are not allowed during the stay.
