About this house rental

Walking distance to City Park and its many amenities, including New Orleans Museum of Art - including its free and incredible sculpture garden, an amusement park, putt putt, botanical garden and many more things in City Park! Or take the streetcar 2 blocks away to other parts of the city like the French Quarter and Garden District.
Large classic arts & crafts home across the street from the beautiful City Park. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this artsy space is perfect for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the wrap around porch with a stunning view of the park, entertainment/bar area, and lots of rooms to explore. Located in the Parkview neighborhood of Midcity (New Orleans) you'll be within walking distance of top attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers/groceries.
The space:
Your stay will be completely private- with no one else onsite during the duration of your stay. Everything in your 6,000 square foot portion of the house has been thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable stay with plenty of plants indoors and nature outside! Central AC/Heating system and fans in every room. Main floor entry is up a full flight of exterior stairs (in New Orleans fashion).
Main floor has living rooms, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 full ensuite bathroom shared between the bedrooms (2 showers), eating areas, wrap around porch, laundry area, piano, and kitchen.

Absolutely loved our stay! The host was AMAZING! We had plenty of room for multiple people to get ready for our ball. The bar was great to lounge and have a drink and watch some football. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the wraparound porch and even took some great photos. I will definitely be staying again.

It was a family event. We all stayed there together which was very nice. The location across from the park was great and we could basically get anywhere in the city we wanted from there quickly. A good time was had by all.
