I love the layout, and the floors were amazing! I love the openness of the second floor. We could see each other hanging out on the couch, playing games at the table as we were cooking. The kitchen was very fun to cook in. I love the gas stove and the whole layout. The beds were super comfortable. The washer and dryer was great. They gave us plenty of towels! The master bedroom and the deck was great. I wish they could cut that tree back a little so I could’ve seen more. :) There were some cute gunshot houses across the street. It was safe. The pool was nice and there was a great sitting area. The Italian Restaurant that was catty corner that we could walk to was delicious. I love the way we can park in the garage and just walk in the door.
The downstairs bedroom was a little dank and it didn’t have a thermostat to air it out or change the temperature to cool or heat. There were lots of stairs to go up and down. But that didn’t seem to bother anybody and the kids love playing on them. The kitchen could use some dish towels and some mixing bowls and updated pots and pans. The handles are very loose and we didn’t have a screwdriver to tighten them and maybe a couple storage containers.

I liked the security of the location, the ease of process for payment, checkin, & checkout.
Damages, wear & deficiencies in the rental were not recorded anywhere . For example, the sofa has tears in the upholstery, a handle was missing on a drawer, and there is no door stop/guard on one of the bathroom doors and it was evident the door opened into the wall.

We felt safe in the neighborhood. The property was clean, fresh & newer. The kitchen was very good. private parking & gated.
Found the unit on another site for a lower price. It's not handicap friendly. Cockroachs in unit. toilet valves were sticking. No guides for television.

The location was great. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Plus, two major grocery stores and a drug store. Easy to find and great curbside access. The community was gated so it was all good.
There were 3 levels and all bathrooms were on the top floor. Very inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning in the home did not cool well. We got a message during the stay alerted us that it was not cooling well. Lastly, the hot water. Once traveling to the third floor, it seemed as of there was not enough hot water for more than 2 guest and we had 4.
