Enjoy The Villages amenities and relax in this lovely spacious 1/1 villa on a quiet street south of the turnpike. Brownwood, Saltgrass and the new Eastport town square are all within a 5-10 minute drive. Exceptional private screened in pergola and outdoor garden. An oasis of pleasures.

We had a great trip to The Villages and this Villa is just perfect for 2 people. We loved the nice open concept and the furnishings were really nice. The hosts were extremely helpful and nice. They responded quickly to our messages. The Villa was well equipped with everything we would need for an extended stay. There were a couple of charging stations for your electronics and everything worked as it should. The Villa was clean and very nice. We loved the location, it was close to so many things we needed and wanted to do. Shopping, restaurants, Recreation centers were all close. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this Villa for your stay in The Villages, whether short or long.
