The cottage is ideally located in the heart of the Auvergne, between lakes and volcanoes, cities and countryside, in the charming village of Champeix (Puy de Dôme) with 1300 inhabitants.
The village is crossed by the river "couze Chambon" which gives it an undeniable asset, many shops and services will provide you with everything you need.
Source of many activities and events throughout the year, you will be able to share the life of the Champillauds.
The village labelled "small town of character" will delight you with its large southern square, its many bars and restaurants, its medieval quarter with its castle on a promontory, its unusual streets, its atypical gardens, no doubt, you will be charmed.
The cottage is in the heart of the village, at the foot of the medieval district of Marchidial a stone's throw from the town center in a quiet and rejuvenating pedestrian street.
Restored winegrower's house on 3 floors:
On the first floor: kitchen, toilet. / shades of yellow to bring cheerfulness and warmth.
On the 1st floor: living room (with sofa bed) and access to the atypical outdoor space / shades of blue for well-being and appeasement.
On the 2nd floor: bedroom with 1 bed 160, open bathroom, walk-in shower and separate toilet. Beige and pink bring softness and tenderness.
For your comfort, sheets and towels are offered, the bed is made on arrival.
Possibility of public parking near the cottage.
Electric heating, meter reading at the entrance and exit in cold weather.
Ideal for nature lovers, hikers, lovers of old stones and pretty villages, regional markets.
Cleaning must be carried out in case of the presence of an animal.
