Discover this 3-bedroom gem in La Grande. This amazing house features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a group getaway. The private, backyard patio has outdoor seating and a BBQ to enjoy spending time as a group. Guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything La Grande and our house has to offer.
Right in the center of everything, within walking distance to EOU, grocery stores, restaurants and downtown.
Less than 2 miles from the hospital and freeway exits.
5 miles from Mt. Emily Recreational Area and a 10 minute drive to Hot Lakes Springs! 45 minute drive to Anthony Lakes.
This home has a great location for those who are looking to be close to EOU or downtown...however, it is located on a main street and is not in a residential neighborhood.
It's important to note that this home is zoned as a duplex. You have the entire home to yourself, including laundry room and backyard.
The unit is the main floor and has private access to the laundry room and backyard.
The downstairs-basement unit is also a vacation home with their own private access, apart from the main house. There is no crossover interaction.
You can however, expect normal transfer of noise. They also adhere to the same quiet hours of 10pm to 7am.
