Enjoy this 2 bedroom, basement duplex apartment. It is well-lit with tall ceilings and plenty of daylight. It is within walking distance to EOU, restaurants, a grocery store and downtown.
Less than 2 miles from the hospital and freeway exits.
5 miles from Mt. Emily Recreational Area and a 10 minute drive to Hot Lakes Springs! 45 minute drive to Anthony Lakes for skiing, snowboarding and snow shoeing.
You have your own, private access to this basement apartment. It's important to note that the upstairs unit is a vacation rental, as well. There is NO crossover interaction. *You can reach out to inquire about renting both units at one time, making this listing a 5 bedroom listing with access to a backyard patio and BBQ that could accomodate more guests.
