Nestled in Breckenridge's Historic District, just 2 blocks from Main Street, you will be in the heart of it all! You can walk out the door to hiking, the gondola, coffee shops, and downtown Main St. There are 2 parking spots available if you have cars.
This delightful house offers 2 cozy bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms, and a tastefully remodeled powder room, with laundry . Each bedroom has a TV. One of the bedrooms has a desk. The house is crisp, clean and has everything you need to cook in the kitchen. The living room features a comfy sectional couch and large TV. You can sit outside on the top deck and hopefully see a moose, hot tub and grill on the lower deck, or sit on the front porch and admire the ski mountain.
Guests can enjoy the convenience of amenities like a gas fireplace, radiant floor heating, WiFi, hairdryers, and an iron. You can't go wrong with a stay here - you'll have everything you need!

The house is charming, and you have everything you need for an awesome stay. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, yet you feel tucked away from the bustle of Main Street. Stephanie was a great communicator, and we felt welcomed from beginning to end. I’d highly recommend this home as a VRBO favorite for us. We can’t wait to return!
