The breck brewery is a couple doors up, shops and restaurants are right outside your door, parking is a real problem in town so staying in town is a big plus compared to staying up on the mountain. Main St is quite long and staying further south is the best part as you are right near the lifts and all the activities.
Breck has free bus service to all the ski resorts in summitt county and free bus service in town. If you have an additional car there is free parking at the Gondola parking lot.
No sales tax is charged on stays 30 days or longer
NO SMOKING INSIDE UNIT, please put dishes in dishwasher and turn on upon leaving, you can leave keys on kitchen counter and lock door on way out or drop off keys at office. Please limit walking with ski boots on wood flooring as much as possible.

Pleases: good location, well stocked kitchen, nice microwave and stove, plenty of dishes, owner let us check in early!
Negatives: pullout sofa dirty mattress, shutter shades broken, won’t stay open, extractor fan vents dirty, dishwasher old/noisy - rack misfit and door opens more than 90 degree angle, cable tv in bedroom doesn’t work and hot tub was advertised but it had a board over it and obviously hadn’t been used. Neighbors smoke pot outside on porch in evenings and mornings.
