It is perfect for groups who like to sleep in and ski later or would like to take a day off to shop. Breckenridge has one of the finest ski resorts in Colorado. The location was excellent. We could walk to everything we needed, including the gondola. The house was perfect for our group of 6 and you can easily fit 8. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes.

We are so grateful that Cheryl let us stay at their place. It was exactly what we needed. The location is perfect, the house has everything you need to be able to cook at home if you choose, and Cheryl and her husband are absolutely wonderful! We hope that we can stay again on our next trip out to CO!

This home was perfect for our large group. 3 bedrooms, a loft and a basement for sleeping people. The location was perfect. We walked to dinner and lunch on Main Street, and walked to the gondolas for skiing. If you don’t want to walk, there is a shuttle less than 200 feet from the back door that takes you around town and to the ski resort. We used the full kitchen to cook the other nights we didn’t go out. The hot tub in the private back yard was so nice as well. It’s hard to find a place in Breck with this amount of space and parking (we fit 4 cars in the back driveway). The host, Cheryl, was very communicative and friendly. We will 100% be staying here again for our next big group trip. What a lovely place!
