The Space:

Sleeps 9

Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 2): King-size bed with flat panel TV, attached bathroom, and walk-out deck. Enjoy sweeping morning views.

Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2): Queen-size bed, flat panel TV, desk, and full bath nearby.

Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 3): Queen/twin bunk bed with flat panel TV and shared bathroom just outside the door.

Extra Sleeping (Sleeps 2): Sectional sofa in the great room with a queen-size pull-out bed

Pack n Play

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom, while the master has an en-suite. A half bath is located off the main living area. Maximum overnight capacity is 10.

Seating for 8 at the dining room table plus 4 more at the breakfast bar.

One car garage and additional parking for one car on driveway outside of the garage.

All of the bedrooms are located on the lower level and the main living area/great room is on the upper level. There is a patio space is off of the primary bedroom which has a sliding glass door out to a concrete style sitting area. It is a walk out sort of situation and is not enclosed. There is also a deck space above that off of the main living area. This deck off of the living room area does have a railing and is enclosed.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, including three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Relax in the living area with a cozy indoor fireplace and cable TV. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, free parking in the garage, and access to outdoor seating. The property is ideally located near a shuttle stop for easy access to Peak 9, the gondola, and other town attractions. Restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, and the Quicksilver lift is a 15-minute walk away.

The Maggie Point neighborhood, located at the south end of Main Street in Breckenridge, offers unparalleled convenience. You'll find yourself within easy reach of a variety of restaurants, shops, and the Quicksilver lift, making your vacation seamless. Plus, the free shuttle service (stop just a couple minutes walk from the front door) provides effortless access to all the best Breckenridge has to offer.



Getting Around:

This townhome is ideally located for easy access to both the Quicksilver lift and downtown Breckenridge, reachable within a 10-15 minute walk. For those who prefer not to walk, a free shuttle service operates every 15 minutes just outside the neighborhood. Guests can easily manage without a car. For those with vehicles, parking is available: one space in the garage and one space on the parking pad outside.

This lovely townhouse is wonderful! Spacious, beautifully furnished, well equipped (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms) and not too far from the Village and the Quicksilver chair! (10-15 minute walk). The beds & bedding are very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at this location and wii try to rent here again next season.

We had a wonderful 10 night stay here. The unit has absolutely everything you need--kitchen, linens, supplies - very generous. Extra points for super high quality bed linens. The open kitchen/living room is a beautiful spacious and inviting gathering place. The bedrooms are tucked away downstairs. Very clean. Easy 7 minute walk to the Breckenridge Brewery or-- for breakfast--to the Blue Moose. Can't say enough, we will be back.

This is a nice property, very well maintained, cozy & cute. It is also the BEST stocked VRBO we've stayed in. Plenty of everything, paper towels, soap, etc. Highly recommend.
