About this house rental
Our pretty family farmhouse located in the center of Loctudy will seduce you with its charm.
Renovated since then, it can accommodate 10 guests in pleasant conditions and with all the necessary comfort with family or friends.
It has a terrace in front to enjoy convivial moments under the olive tree.
To better welcome you, we rent our house with bed linen provided and beds made on your arrival.
The bedding is new and comfortable: beds of 180 cm and 160 cm or 90 cm with duvet.
The appliances are also very recent: dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso filter coffee maker+, electric kettle, steamer.... in short, a well-equipped kitchen for cooking.
The 170 cm 2 house is spread over 3 levels.
On the first floor: the kitchen and a large living room (50 m2) + WC.
On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (bed 160 for bedroom 1 / bed 180 for bedroom 2 / bed 90 for bedroom 3)
1 shower room with toilet and sink; 1 bathroom/shower with toilet and sink.
On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (bed 180 for bedroom 4/ 3 bed 90 for bedroom 5).
We provide families with a high chair, a baby bath and a potty.
Each room has a dresser and a wardrobe area.
The house offers wifi as well as a television and a CD player.
Come and discover the small fishing port, the beaches, and hikes that Loctudy offers as well as the proximity to the Glénan islands.
