Great location on the Litchfield property, easy access to the beach and grocery stores. Bright and sunny with a lot of windows, screened in porch, and comfortable beds.

This condo had 3 nice bedrooms that had plenty of room for our family. We were happy to have the washer and dryer in the condo to wash our towels and clothes daily. The neighborhood pool is a few buildings down and you do not need a code to get in. The furniture had some light staining in the living room. There is no elevator so be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo. Overall we really enjoyed our time and would stay there again.
