The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This home is wonderful! Completely updated inside with large bathrooms a huge kitchen. We had 7 adults and one child and never felt crowded. The view is absolutely amazing! There is a fire pit on the beach and tables and chairs outside to enjoy the scenery. Make sure you check out Rozzi’s, a neighborhood pub around the corner with huge menu and great food. My only complaint was that Champ didn’t make an appearance during our stay.

Throughout the years we have stayed at several locations on Lake Champlain, but none of them have been as nice as this property on Thayer Beach Road. The sandy beach with the big trees providing shade throughout the day was amazing. The large outdoor dining table, the lounge chairs, the fire pit - all such great touches. The inside of the camp is beautiful! Tons of seating, bedrooms, bathrooms ... plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has great appliances and is fully stocked. Plenty of hot water. Air conditioning, and parking ... yes, parking! My family and I made some great memories this past week and hope to do so again at this location next summer. Thank you!

This house is perfect for a family weekend. A true hidden gem that is fully stocked, flawlessly maintained and on a private beach only minutes from stores. The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is an exceptional value….
