Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Comfortable furniture, nice size kitchen. Plenty of room. And a stunning view. The WiFi was weak. That’s my only complaint.

We had a great experience here! The home was perfect for a family trip. Bathrooms were nicely upgraded and the screened in porch and deck were great. The only thing I would have liked more transparency with was the "private beach". From what I understand, the beach area is accessible to all local residents, so there were several times we wanted to sit at the water but all of the chairs that I thought went with this rental were taken up by the local residents visiting the beach. I was anticipating a little more privacy in that regard. Overall we would absolutely book again!

Beautiful house with an even better view! We enjoyed the beach and huge deck areas. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Convenient to shopping and dining in Burlington. Highly recommended!

Loved the location and outdoor space. The decks and beach access were incredible. However, the house could use some updating and love out back in. Some of the rooms/bathrooms are updated but the vast majority needs some love put back into it. There was only one small pager overviewing the property which I thought was odd in comparison to other rental properties that provide a book detailing the property and surrounding area. There were a lot of dead bugs around windows and the place just needed a bit more elbow grease in it. Kitchen cabinets were sticking/gooey and the coffee pot was broken on arrive which was not ideal for all of our coffee drinkers. The posting indicated a fire pit on property, however the one pager indicated no fires on the beach and there was no an alternative option which was disappointing considering the listing. At arrival, there was a handyman still fixing the property (hole in the wall from last occupants) presented an awkward exchange. We received notification from the property manager that it was ready, however he was taken off guard clearly and noted he didn’t think we were arriving until the following day. The man was very nice, but was not a good way to start off the experience.
Location was great again and we loved the outdoor space but overall felt underwhelmed we the details and discrepancies.
