About this cottage rental
Nestled in the heart of the historic fishing village of Cawsand, this charming 18th-century cottage combines rustic charm with modern comfort. Just a short walk from Cawsand Beach, the cottage offers an idyllic base for exploring Cornwall's breathtaking coastline. With two king-sized bedrooms, one featuring a freestanding bath to soak up the countryside views, and a third bedroom with bunk beds perfect for children or small groups, this cottage accommodates up to six guests. A convenient shower room is also included for added comfort.
The cosy living room features an open fire, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining area, offers everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together. A separate utility room adds convenience, while the small courtyard at the back of the cottage is ideal for rinsing off sandy feet and drying towels. For pet lovers, the cottage is pet-friendly, welcoming one well-behaved dog for a small additional fee.
Cawsand Cottage is located less than a minute’s walk from the beach and the heart of the village, where traditional pubs, cafes, and unique shops await. The surrounding Rame Peninsula, with its narrow cobbled streets and stunning coastal trails, offers a wealth of scenic walks and breathtaking views. Steeped in history, including a fascinating smuggling heritage, this village provides the perfect blend of coastal charm and tranquil countryside for your next Cornish getaway.
