Perfect little house, stayed with my wife and another couple for a friend's wedding in town. Close to Arnold house, and the town but far enough away to be a nice secluded spot. Enjoyed the brewerys in town and local market/ coffee shops while we were there. Anthony the owner was very easy for communication and quick to respond to our messages. Would stay again if we go back their in the future.

The home was clean comfortable and had everything you needed...the view was beautiful, the hot tub delightful and the communication with the owners was simple and quick. All the kitchen items needed to make a meal were there! Hoping to be back next year orvin the fall!! Love the Livingston manor hilltop home

Beautiful property with plenty of room for a family trip or couple’s getaway. The house has been wonderfully and thoroughly modernized and has great amenities inside and out. Hosts were lovely and incredibly responsive. Perfect spot for an upstate adventure and Livingstone Manor has lots of great spots!
