About this cottage rental
Welcome to a beautiful cottage set in the stunning countryside of Hemingby, featuring two spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The inviting living/dining room boasts a Smart TV, a cozy wood burner, and French doors that open onto the garden, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast area and modern appliances such as an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. For added convenience, a separate toilet is located on this floor.
This charming retreat offers two well-appointed bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities. The first bedroom features a zip-and-link double bed that can be adjusted to twin beds if necessary, with an en-suite providing a cubicle shower and toilet. The second bedroom includes a zip-and-link kingsize bed, also adaptable to twin beds, with an en-suite equipped with a bath, shower over, heated towel rail, and toilet.
Outside, the property offers a furnished courtyard for relaxing in the fresh air, along with access to a shared 2-acre paddock that includes an unfenced pond located approximately 100 yards away. Private parking for two cars is available. Nestled in the peaceful village of Hemingby, this beautifully renovated barn conversion is just a short walk to the local pub known for its excellent food and drinks. With ample space for two couples or a small family, the cottage is a perfect base for exploring nearby attractions, including Horncastle’s antique shops and the east coast's classic seaside towns.
