The Carmichael House is more than just a place to stay—it`s an experience. This one-of-a-kind home is thoughtfully divided into two distinct yet seamlessly connected sides. On the other side, you’ll find modern luxury at its finest. The updated kitchen, primary suite, and main living spaces are beautifully designed to offer all the comforts and conveniences you’d expect—from high-end appliances to stylish finishes—perfect for guests who don’t want to sacrifice comfort for character.
With four spacious bedrooms, two inviting living rooms, a chef’s kitchen, and multiple patios, there’s plenty of room for families, friends, or couples to spread out and relax. Step outside to enjoy stunning Puget Sound views and epic sunsets from the decks or gather around the campfire for cozy s’mores under the stars.

Guests will have access to the entire home, except for the basement storage area.
We pride ourselves with being very communicative upon your request, however we do not intend to disturb your stay unless there are concerns.
- No Smoking within 25 feet of home.
- Children should not be left unattended at waterfront or on provided boating equipment at anytime.
- BBQ and firepit should not be operated by minors or others who are not familiar with propane tanks.

Melissa was excellent and guided us through the entire process with professionalism and care. She answered all of our questions and made everything easy to understand. The house was well-equipped with more than enough supplies, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The view was absolutely beautiful and made our experience even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Absolutely stunning home. The pictures do not do enough justice. If you need a place to escape and see the most beautiful sunset over the water. This is the place for you. Super clean and super cozy. Host was very fast to respond to messages. Will be staying here again for a getaway!
