Our modern and cozy Gerry House is ideal for families and small groups who enjoy exploring the island of Usedom.
The property is idyllically situated behind the Baltic Sea dunes, about 80–100 meters from the beach.
Wi-Fi is available in the house. We are a pet-free accommodation.
Self-catering guests can get fresh rolls, organic eggs, and newspapers daily at Emma’s Shop.
We serve breakfast and dinner at our on-site restaurant, Max, either on the sun terrace or inside the restaurant. Reservations are recommended.

The Karlshagen Concert Shell, restaurants, a mini-golf course, a tennis court, a skate park, and Karlchen’s Fairy Tale World are all within walking distance.



House 29 Gerry (SA):

Our vacation homes Ute, Baigle, and Gerry—each with a terrace facing the evening sun—are modern and comfortably furnished.
All houses are rated *** stars and are ideal for families or small groups.

The spacious living room features a dining table that seats up to six people. From here, you have direct access to the terrace with a small garden—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

The houses have a total of three bedrooms as well as two additional sleeping areas in the attic.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and also features a dining table.

The bathroom on the first floor has two sinks, a bathtub, and a shower—ideal for a comfortable stay. Downstairs, there is a guest bathroom in the hallway. In the Ute and Baigle houses, this guest bathroom has an additional shower; this is not available in the Gerry house.


House Gerry, with a small garden off the terrace (which gets the evening sun), a carport, and a lockable bike shed, features three cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed. The studio on the top floor has two additional beds and a sofa bed for two people.
In the basement, off the terrace, is the living room—over 30 m² in size—with a cozy dining area for up to eight people, a sofa set, and a TV.

The kitchen is separate and fully equipped (with a microwave).

There is also a guest restroom in the basement.
The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a double sink, a large corner bathtub, a toilet, and a separate shower. 

All suites are part of the Usedom Bike-Hotel & Suites, where you can buy fresh, crispy rolls, newspapers, organic eggs, and more at Emma’s Shop in the morning, or, if you prefer, enjoy a delicious breakfast and/or dinner at Max Restaurant.
