The property is self-entry and the pick-up point is a 4-minute walk away. You will need to go to the keynest access point, and pick up the key with a code the host provides you.
Guests can contact us directly on the Airbnb app or directly to our mobile number! We have customer support available from 9am to 11pm UK time.
If you are arriving after 11pm, you can still check-in using our self-entry methods. However, please make sure you have all the information you need beforehand.
Luggage storage—We allow guests to store luggage at the apartments for a few hours before and after their stay, subject to availability. If you want to use this, please contact us, and we will let you know if it is available.
Early and late check-in / out - we provide guests the option to extend their stay at an affordable fee of £15 per hour. Guests can check-in at 1pm or check-out at 1pm. This is subject to availability.
When a guest books, we will require the passport of the person booking and staying at the apartment for verification purposes.
No dedicated parking; paid street parking is available but may be expensive. Pre-paying for garages with day rates is recommended.
