Enjoy sweeping Gulf views from the open-concept great room, where natural light pours in through expansive windows. Step out onto the large balcony that stretches the length of the house—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and generous cabinet space. There’s room for everyone with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and a spacious dining area that seats 6.
This main floor has a canal front bedroom with trundle bed that comfortably sleeps 2. Down the hall is a queen sized bedroom and a full bath with tiled walk-in shower.
The Upper level is accessible via elevator or spiral staircase.
The primary suite has a king bed, private Gulf-view balcony with a swing bed for naps or reading. The spa-like en suite features a soaking tub, double vanities, a walk-in shower, and private water closet.
The fourth bedroom is also king sized with a canal front balcony and full bath with walk in shower.
The ground floor features a large canal front lounge with a large flat-screen TV and half bath.

This house was awesome! Being on the complete opposite side of the beach from the condos was perfect for us. The house has a vacant lot in front of it so you get views of the gulf from the second floor. It sits on the canal and the sunset view is gorgeous. The interior elevator running all three levels is clutch for older guests (and getting luggage where it needs to go). Large smart TVs are everywhere and 17 Summers provides a login for various streaming apps. We comfortably fit 5 adults and 3 pre-teens in the living room for movie nights. The kitchen was larger than the pictures made it seem, and had everything we needed as we cooked most of our meals there. Any issues that arose were addressed in a timely manner. Our family has been visiting Navarre since 2017 and this is a top contender for the favorite home we’ve stayed in!
