Upon arrival to Sunset Island Villa, you will be drawn in to this absolutely stunning 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath beach home located directed on the Sound! The home is perfectly located on the curve of the Sound and the views are expansive. It is only minutes away walk to the beach. This brand-new large home (Completed September 2023) offers plenty of space for the family, large bedrooms, spa like bathrooms and spacious balconies overlooking the water.
Upon entering the ground floor, garage level, you will find an elevator which will take you to all floors of the home making luggage carrying and grocery supplies a breeze. The main floor area includes the open, airy, and bright family room and kitchen area. It is the perfect spot to gather with families and enjoy a meal together while viewing the Santa Rosa Sound. The Main Floor also offers a Queen bedroom with a full bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). There is also a half hallway bath located on this floor.
Moving up to the expansive top floor, you will find 4 additional bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (shower, sink and toilet).

Was in Navarre for my daughter’s wedding and was looking for a nice house to accommodate the entire family for the weekend.This property is absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious with tons of amenities. The elevator was especially nice getting larger items to the second or third floor.The view from the deck at sunrise and sunset are breathtaking!The RMI Team is incredible as well. Always checking to see if you need anything and willing to help with any questions that you might have.Looking forward to our next trip already!

This is THE place to stay. Check in was very easy. Communication was great. The keyless entry made coming a going flawless. There is an elevator which was a game changer for unloading all our stuff and sending it up without having to navigate stairs each time. The home is comfortable, spacious and decorated beautifully. The kitchen has every appliance, dish, cutlery and bake ware you could need. There is a convection stove which was fun to cook on. The pans are great and non stick. The house has 8 beach towels you can use so you don’t need to bring any with you and every bathroom is stocked with plush towels. There are tvs in every room. The beds are comfortable and they provide extra blankets in each closet. If you are particular about your pillow I’d bring your own. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, a beach wagon, a few shovels, games and floats. The house has incredible views and a dock right out the back door. We fished a lot from it and caught many fish. We also brought stand up paddle boards that allowed us to explore the bay. It was easy to get them in and out of the water from the dock. We had dolphins show up several days too.The beach is a short very pleasant walk from the house. Navarre gives the small town feel and the beaches weren’t crowded. We did drive 20-30 minutes to go eat at 2 nice restaurants located in Pensacola but there are several good options in Navarre. We loved our stay here and give it a 10/10!
