Nestled in the interior of Grand Navarre Blvd is our beautifully decorated beach house. This house has all the amenities of home plus more. 2720 Square feet of living space , with 3 huge decks for sipping your morning coffee and enjoying the island breeze. Grand Navarre is the perfect and just a short distance for beach access and amazing sunsets.
Starting at the top floor, the Master bedroom is huge, colorful and open, and faces the South. Fitted with a King Size bed and 55 inch flat screen tv. The master bath has a double vanity and a huge walk in tile shower. It feels as if the ocean is flowing into the bedroom. Spectacular views from this 8x30 deck.
As you walk around the open staircase, you will come to the upstairs loft area which has a 65 inch smart tv, and plenty of sitting for the kids, or you can just use this area for some quiet time. Continuing down the hall , there are 2 additional bedrooms which are set up with a queen size bed and flat screen tv in each. The bedrooms will share a spacious hall bath with double vanity and a tub/shower . Bright tile accents and wavy wall pattern make this bathroom stand out.
Moving down to the main floor: Don't forget to take a minute to enjoy the craftsmanship of the open staircase made from cypress wood and stainless wires that bring this area to life. The main floor also offers a nice size master bedroom on the North side. Set up with a King size bed, 55 inch flat screen and access to the back deck. The master bathroom is huge and offers a floor to ceiling tile walk in shower with waterfall mosaic and rain head, Double sink vanity, and walk in closet. The vibrant blue color and decor will sooth the soul. Pack & Play also available for your use.
The Family room is open concept with the dining area nestled into its own area for family gatherings. The family room offers a huge comfortable pit group with sleeper, 75 inch smart tv , and access to the front deck which is 8x30. This is also the main entrance to the house.
Now to the kitchen and the star of the house. This Kitchen is beautifully designed and color matched with top grade appliances. Beautiful farm sink set into a huge island with quartz counter tops makes for a perfect blend . The extra large kitchen island has 4 bar stools and plenty of lighting. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready to enjoy.

We had a great stay . The walk is very close and we appreciate being able to see our teens walk to and from the beach from the outside deck. The area is very peaceful. Having the bikes allowed for some morning rides to the coffee stand up the street in the mornings. The house is well stocked with beach chairs and a wagon as well as plenty of beach towels. Furnishings are all nice and clean. We especially liked the beautiful artwork in the home. We will definitely be back when we come to Navarre. One plus about Navarre, even in high season we had little to no wait for any of the waterfront restaurants at night, for a party of 9. Thanks for opening your beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our time at Mint to be! The house was beautiful and one of the cleanest houses we have rented. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. The beach was a short walk away. There was a wagon, beach chairs, cooler and some beach toys that we could use. Tonya was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend renting Mint to be!

Great stay! The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was excellent, loved how close the walk was to the beach. Tonya also gave us access to bicycles and beach chairs which were great! Loved everything about this house. The rooms are spacious and the showers are truly spectacular loved the waterfall showerhead. Kitchen has everything you need, and Walmart delivery is convenient to that location. Would recommend and stay at this location again.
