    My recent stay at this hotel as a couple was completely disappointing and unacceptable due to poor service, lack of hygiene, and rude staff behavior. ​Key Issues Experienced: ​Rude Front Desk Behavior: Right upon entry, the receptionist was unnecessarily rude while asking me to remove my helmet. While I understand identity verification is standard security practice, there is a polite way to speak to guests, which this staff clearly lacked. The night staff's overall tone and attitude were very unprofessional. ​Poor Room Hygiene & Missing Amenities: When we entered the room, the standard of cleanliness was awful. There were cockroaches in the room, which is a major hygiene violation. Basic room essentials were completely missing—there was no TV/AC remote, no bucket, and no jug no sleepers provided in the bathroom /room until we had to follow up. ​Subpar Food Quality: We ordered Chilli Chicken from the hotel's kitchen. Despite giving specific instructions beforehand on how we wanted it prepared, the chicken pieces served were oversized, poorly prepared, and tasted terrible. ​Conclusion: A hotel stay is meant to be comfortable and welcoming, but this property failed across all parameters—hospitality, cleanliness, basic room amenities, and food quality. I strongly advise couples and travelers to look elsewhere for a decent stay. Would not recommend or return.

    Average experience. The room was not properly clean, there was no body wash or hand wash provided, and a lot of noise was coming from outside which made it uncomfortable to rest. Overall, the stay could have been much better.
