About this house rental
If the Blue Ridge Mountains are calling you, this peaceful retreat might provide the perfect answer. Enjoy coffee and a sunrise on the deck or watch the day disappear, along with a glass of wine. There’s plenty of seclusion, but you won't feel isolated—shopping, dining, and attractions are just a short drive away in downtown Boone or Blowing Rock. This home is calling you if you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a quick business trip, a reunion with friends, or a fun-filled family vacation.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has a beautiful view. There is a small fenced in lawn and a large deck with space for lounging and eating. The house is accessed via stairs. The main floor includes a kitchen, living room, bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom. The second story includes a bedroom (king bed), bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom. The basement includes washer/dryer access.
The entire house is accessible to guests, with the exception of a small locked garage and outdoor shed building.
We don't live on the property, but we are located only a few miles away and can be available to help if any needs arise.
4 wheel or all wheel drive is recommended for winter months. The driveway is a little bit steep, but it is short and paved. There is a small covered area at the end of the driveway for partially parking cars or motorcycles to be out of the rain.

I traveled with my sisters & my mom to boone to visit my niece, who goes to Appalachian State University. We wanted to find a nice location for her to stay with us and visit. This place was in the perfect location, central to everything we needed. The host was very responsive with questions about the air conditioning and the house when we arrived. The house was very clean and enjoyable. We love the living area to gather around to spend time together playing games and singing karaoke. Almost every seat reclines in the living room, and there's plenty of space. Of course, can't forget to mention the view on the deck, very beautiful surroundings. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent through and through. Convenient to both Boone and Blowing Rock/Tweetsie area. Two stories, which could be a consideration, but our young kids were able to safely navigate. We all loved the place. Comfortable, beautiful views, could’ve spent the whole time inside or on the deck! Would love to stay again next time we’re in town!
