The location and house were perfect! We could walk downtown, to campus and the grocery store. We will book again!

Incredibly convenient home within walking distance of shops and restaurants. With the central location comes a bit of road noise but surprisingly, for an older home, the sound was not bad. The quaintness and charm of the old home was evident and one could feel like one was in Boone in some earlier period. We have a long bed truck and the parking was more than adequate. The owner was very helpful as I had buried the emails with instructions and she got right back to me. Lovely home!

This was the perfect location for my family to stay while visiting App state for a college tour. The home was clean and specious and had everything we needed. We would definitely return in the future.
