The property is located in the heart of Trapani (within the restricted traffic zone), just a short walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Church of Purgatorio, and only a 10-minute walk from the other main attractions in the historic center.

- BATHROOM with a shower stall, sink, and toilet.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pump (split system in the bedroom), fans, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Trapani Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.
For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to midnight
EUR 40 from midnight00 to 01:30
Check-in is not possible after 01:30, even for an additional fee.
