Le logement est bien placé et il est facile de se garer gratuitement à proximité. Il est situé vers le port et à 10 min de marche de la rue piétonne de la ville. Il est très propre et bien équipé. Pas d'étage à monter ce qui est appréciable quand on a des valises. Quelques petites attentions comme de nombreux produits dans la salle de bains ainsi qu'un dépannage pour le petit déjeuner. Notre hôte était arrangeante sur les horaire d'arrivée.
Le logement n'est pas très clair car il ne dispose que d'une seule fenêtre. Cependant ce n'est pas très gênant car nous n'y passons pas beaucoup de temps. Un petit détail pas très grave : l'évacuation de la douche ne se fait pas bien et avec l'accumulation du savons cela rend les dalles un peu glissantes
