SIX-FOURS-LES-PLAGES - SEA VIEW - Beautiful Type 3 apartment on the ground floor with private swimming pool for 6 people, in the residential area "Les Lônes".
You have a large furnished terrace (barbecue), a garden and a beautiful swimming pool with sea view.
The 83 m² apartment consists of an entrance hall, a fitted kitchen, a large living room - dining room with a convertible sofa bed, all opening onto a beautiful terrace and a garden with a 7.5 m x 4 m swimming pool with sea view.
On the night side, you have 2 master suites each with its own bathroom and toilet, one with a double bed of 160 and the second with twin beds 90.
The accommodation is secured by a gate with parking space for 2 cars as well as space for bicycles or beach equipment.
You can access Bonnegrâce beach in 5 minutes on foot, shops in 600 meters and Sanary city center/port in 15 minutes on foot. Many restaurants nearby.
The apartment offers calm and serenity in an idyllic setting.

Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic typically Mediterranean fishing port, its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its good restaurants and its pretty squares refreshed by the fountains, is a renowned tourist city, both relaxing and lively, where you will be sure to have a good holiday whatever the season!
It offers a huge variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours ...) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are available to you: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, casino games... not to mention the inevitable sea and sunbathing!
The city whose market was voted "most beautiful market in France" in 2018, offers you the best local products as well as fresh fish from fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the port. In summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering artisanal products.
Many sea excursions leave from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins, etc.) but also the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques of Cassis!
The port is also a major venue for festivities throughout the year (Fête des traditions, Printemps de Sanary, Just Rosé, Fête de la Musique et de la Danse and many other events offered by local multicultural associations) including for the end-of-year celebrations (its superb illuminations are now famous).
