Located on the 2ᵉ and top floor (with lift), it comprises a 33 m² living room, an 18 m² covered terrace, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with bath. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

- An 18m² covered terrace facing south-west, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Six-Fours-les-Plages, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
