This is a two level townhome, the living room and kitchen are upstairs. This property offers an upgraded large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully equipped. The dining table has enough seating for 6 and there is four burner gas stove. There is an open floor plan from the kitchen to the updated living room space with a sectional sofa, 70" SMART TV to watch your favorite shows and movies, near the living room is an air hockey table and standing arcade game for more family fun!
Downstairs there is an en-suite king master bedroom with its own private balcony to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and relax. A 43" Smart TV and the bathroom has a large garden tub in the bedroom and a separate stand-up shower. The second bedroom has a superhero-themed bedroom with two twin beds and a tub/shower combo bathroom. An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

The condo was dated with lots of chipped paint (on the shower floor??), random cords and wires not connected to anything, no hot water at the kitchen sink and one of the showers would just shut off mid shower. But, it was very clean and had all the things our family needed to relax and have fun. The property (Reunion Resort) in general was great—clean, safe, lots to do. I would stay again.

Property was as advertised except patios were inaccessible which was not communicated. Also little misses like no Kleenex, very limited TP and soap supply, a few burned out light bulbs. But clean, comfortable, great appliances, everything major worked well.

We had a great stay here. Easy check-in/out process. Florida Vacations Rental was informative and checked up on us if we needed anything. We saw the balcony wasn't available in a previous review back in Dec. 2022 but figured this "maintenance" would be completed by April 2023 but that wasn't the case so that was disappointing. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 kids (3 and 5) and it worked out perfectly. The place was very big for just the 4 of us. Parking is located directly in front of the condo, which was nice that we didn't have to carry things very far. They only provided 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for six days and barely had enough so it'd be nice if there was a little more based on the length of stay. Waterpark you have to drive too which wasn't bad but the parking next to the waterpark is a bit of a walk with the kids and the waterpark entrance is tough to find initially. Kids had fun at the mini-golf and I was able to get to play 9 holes at the Nicklaus course. Wifi password that was provided was correct but the Wifi name was wrong on the paper that was provided to us. The thermostat is located on the lower level so it was plenty cool on the lower level but quite hot on the upper level in the master bedroom. It's about 25 minutes to Disney (depending on traffic). The unit was clean and very nicely decorated. We would definitely think about coming back as we had a great time here.

It would be amazing to use the balconies never said in the ad we couldn't it was one of the top reasons I choose this spot ..definitely should put that in the details false advertising..all pictures show the use of the balconies
