This remodeled duplex (Unit #B) boasts an amazing 2 bed/1bath per unit. The unit has been newly furnished and decorated in 2023. The unit has its own driveway for parking. It’s located in the heart of historic Ozark, MO just steps away from the square, local shops, and restaurants. There are trails, fishing, and the ever so popular Finley River Park all within walking distance. The unit has smart TVs in the bedrooms and living room. The high-speed WiFi lets you stream your favorite app form any TV, while working remotely without any delay! The unit has its own stacked washer/dryer. The kitchen comes equipped with a range stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, pots/pans, silverware, plates, bowels, cups, knives, and cutting board. Everything you need to make a delicious home cooked meal! The front door has a digital keypad for contactless check in. There are 4 high-definition security cameras outside the duplex for your safety that are equipped with an alarm and 911 services. The duplex was small and cozy. Bed was comfy. It was very clean and well kept. We had to cut our stay a night short because of flooding in the area but the duplex was a delight!

This was our second stay in this property. It was just as pleasant as the first. We had some trouble with the door lock, but was able to quickly reach Jeron, who reached the neighbor and they had a key to let us in. Our fault for not taking the key provided in case of emergencies.
