Upon entering, be captivated by the stunning open-concept floor plan and immediate Gulf views. The chef's dream kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, brand new granite countertops, and a gorgeous backsplash—inspiring culinary creations. The dining table, strategically placed near the balcony, allows you to savor meals with breathtaking views.
The living room, a guest favorite, boasts a 65" flat-screen TV and ample seating for the entire family. Journey down the hall to the 1st guest bedroom, featuring a flat-screen TV and two sets of bunk beds with brand new mattresses, accommodating a total of 4. The connecting bathroom, shared with the 2nd guest bedroom, boasts his and her sinks and a combo shower/tub. The 2nd guest bedroom offers a 45" flat-screen TV and a brand new king-sized pillow-top mattress, along with stunning Gulf views.
Across the hall, the master bedroom beckons with luxurious updates. Enjoy a 55" flat-screen TV and a king-sized bed with a 13.5" plush mattress, designed for durability, temperature management, and minimized motion transfer. The Surface Cool fiber and AirCool memory foam comfort layer dissipate heat, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The connecting bathroom features a private vanity area and a spacious walk-in closet, complete with a separate bathroom and combo shower/tub.
Coastal Tides provides a beach cart and 4 beach chairs, ensuring convenience for your beach days. A stackable washer/dryer in the unit adds ultimate convenience, and beach access is just across the street. As our guest, you'll have access to the community pool, sand volleyball court, and tennis court. Numerous restaurants, including The Crab Trap, Kenny D's Beach Bar and Grill, and Capt Dave's on the Gulf, are within walking distance. Parking for 2 vehicles
Motorcycles, trailers, or commercial vehicles are not allowed
The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check in day around 4pm
During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
This property is equipped with a monitor which detects smoke, vape, noise, and excess guest over the occupancy limit allowed. Violations will result in removal from the property without refund.
Starter Kit Included: To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit with a limited supply of essentials to get your vacation started. Your starter kit includes 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher detergent tablets, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, and bar soap in each bathroom. These items are intended as a courtesy for your arrival, so we recommend bringing or purchasing additional supplies based on the length of your stay.
Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Destin Ordinance rules.

Excellent location across from private beach access. Local shopping and restaurants in walking and biking distance. Condo was spacious and supplied with necessary amenities. Host was always available with immediate responses.

Unit was fresh and updated. Proximity to beach was great. The beach laws of Destin are such that the development has only a small slice of beach to access. There are public beaches further away if you could not set up in the space dedicated for the Enclave.
