The photos and description of the property were accurate. The unit was about a block and a half from the privately accessible beach. Loved having a grill at the unit. Loved having all the beach chairs, etc in the garage so we didn't have to throw away money on a lot of stuff. The only real downside had nothing to do with the unit: The beach access is down several stairs and not a ramp. That made lugging stuff to the beach a bit of a pain with the cart.

We really enjoyed our stay! Nancy really made it felt like home! She is an exceptional host! Would recommend anyone to stay here!

Overall the stay was very nice. Short walk to the beach and plenty of room for our family. Rental chair and umbrella company makes it impossible to get front row seating on the beach if you are bringing your own chairs. Beach was crowded due to this and sharing space with other properties.
There were several maintenance issues that occurred during our stay that were minor inconveniences that required reaching out to property company and having service technicians come to the property.
